Dialog Axiata PLC reported FY2025 Group revenue of Rs179.6Bn (+5% YTD), core revenue +16%, EBITDA Rs86.0Bn (+30%) and NPAT Rs20.8Bn (+67%); the Board recommends a dividend of Rs1.50 per share. The Group remitted Rs54.7Bn to the government and plans to invest USD100m in 5G over two years.

GovPAY traffic fine payment system was rolled out countrywide on 3 Feb 2026, collecting over Rs.115 million across more than 86,000 digital transactions since inception. Motorists can pay via leading banks, fintechs and over 55,000 Dialog eZ Cash agents, with rollout supported by ICTA, LankaPay and Sri Lanka Telecom.

Colombo Stock Exchange turnover reached Rs. 11.11 billion in the session, led by John Keells Holdings which accounted for Rs. 4.31 billion of trades. Dialog Axiata PLC committed LKR 420 million to the Government’s Rebuilding Sri Lanka initiative to support recovery after Cyclone Ditwah. The funds will help restore and upgrade critical hospital infrastructure and refurbish ICT facilities in over 20 cyclone-affected schools.

EDOTCO Sri Lanka has commissioned 400 resilient power systems (USD 1.7m) to strengthen telecom network reliability, supporting Dialog, Hutch and Mobitel, and plans to scale to 1,000 sites by mid-2026 (approx LKR 1.2bn).
