Fitch assigned Hayleys Fentons Ltd a National Long-Term Rating of 'A+(lka)' with a stable outlook. Fitch cited HFL's market-leading rooftop solar sales (about Rs.19bn in FY25; 129MW added), planned 149MW of power projects with execution/CEB counterparty risk, and forecast peak net leverage of 9.0x in FY27 before easing.

Hayleys Solar won Silver at Dragons of Sri Lanka 2025 for its 'Nayak Nowana Nayak' integrated marketing campaign. The campaign promoted zero-electricity-bill solar adoption, partnered with more than 15 banks to simplify financing, and launched a savings calculator to boost digital engagement.

Hayleys PLC appointed Susangatha Rumal Fernando as an Independent Non-Executive Director; she is a supply chain specialist with over 25 years of experience at Unilever Sri Lanka.

He has led Hayleys Fentons from a LKR 600m loss in 2019 to over LKR 3bn profit and Hayleys Solar targets 500+ MW installed capacity by end-2025.
