Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka PLC (PickMe) is facing a legal claim from a petitioner alleging he was promised a 2% shareholding and seeking to block further steps toward the company's proposed IPO. The court granted the defendant until 18 September to file objections and will continue hearings.
