Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka (PickMe) has launched a Rs.1.56 billion IPO, offering 43,474,179 existing ordinary voting shares at Rs.36 each (13.04% of shareholding), opening on 13 September for listing on the Colombo Stock Exchange.
Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka PLC (PickMe) is facing a legal claim from a petitioner alleging he was promised a 2% shareholding and seeking to block further steps toward the company's proposed IPO. The court granted the defendant until 18 September to file objections and will continue hearings.
Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka (PickMe) will list on the Colombo Stock Exchange with shareholders selling 43.34 million shares at Rs36 to raise about Rs1.5bn; the offer opens Sept 13 and the prospectus will be available on the CSE website from Sept 3.
