Sunshine Holdings sustains growth momentum in 1QFY25

Sunshine Holdings reported consolidated revenue of Rs.14.2bn in 1QFY25, up 6.5% YoY, while PAT fell 3.6% to Rs.1.4bn. Healthcare revenue rose 19.8% to Rs.7.6bn driven by Lina Manufacturing, while agribusiness (Watawala Plantations) contracted 12.1%.

Sunshine Holdings to amalgamate Sunshine Packaging

Sunshine Holdings PLC will amalgamate with its wholly owned subsidiary Sunshine Packaging Lanka Ltd, effective 1 October 2024, with Sunshine Holdings absorbing all assets and liabilities and current directors remaining in place.
