Sarvodaya Development Finance PLC (SDF.N0000) listed two 5-year sustainability bonds totaling Rs.2 billion on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's LGX platform to finance renewable energy and social projects.
Sarvodaya Development Finance (SDF.N0000) will issue up to 20 million orange bonds to raise Rs2 billion. The 5-year listed, rated, unsecured senior redeemable bonds will be issued at Rs100 each (initial 10m, option for 10m) and have central bank approval.
