Softlogic Holdings (SHL) reported a group PBT of Rs. 24m for FY26, its first pre-tax profit since 2019, with revenue up 24.5% to Rs. 129b and EBITDA rising to Rs. 17.8b. The group signed restructuring offers covering about Rs. 59.7b of bank facilities; Softlogic Life raised $15m, Softlogic Finance had lending restrictions lifted, and ODEL Mall Phase I will be funded via pre-sales with no new debt.
