Cable Solutions PLC is a Sri Lanka–based cable manufacturer and publicly listed company on the Colombo Stock Exchange. It operates a BOI-registered two-acre manufacturing facility in Kadawatha and maintains a subsidiary in India, Cable Solutions Private Limited, while ACL Cables PLC is its majority shareholder. The company produces a range of cable products under the Käblr brand, including cables, wires, harnesses and solar cables, and offers standard and customized cable solutions, cable harnesses and connectors. Its product portfolio serves sectors such as automotive, industrial automation, renewable energy, measurement/instrumentation and telecommunications, and includes specialised items such as EV and solar cables. Cable Solutions is export-oriented, exporting to multiple international markets (exports account for the majority of sales) including the USA, Spain, India, Sweden and Austria among others; it also supplies the local market. The company holds international quality and environmental accreditations including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and TÜV Rheinland certification for solar cables, and has invested in production upgrades such as advanced extrusion lines to improve capacity and quality.
